Tea Not Coffee – Why You Need to Make the Switch

You need to replace coffee with tea because of one thing: stress. Not only is it a pain to be stressed-out all the time, you’ll also live longer if you can start to make those difficult times easy now.

When you drink the straight caffeine in coffee, you experience the stress response as a result. Also known as the fight-or-flight response, it prepares you to either battle or run to save your life.

The caffeine in coffee floods your body with the stress hormone cortisol. That’s a toxic chemical and is never good for you except when you need superhero functioning in the most dire of emergencies. And that only happens occasionally.
